Terms of Service

These terms explain how our Custom AI Agent Build service works. It is a service delivered by our team using AI. It is not software you subscribe to.

1. What we do

We build one custom AI agent for one repeated job in your business, test it, and hand it over. The scope of each agent (the job, the tools it uses, what it may and may not do) is agreed with you in writing before work starts.

2. Price and payment

The build price is USD 3,999 per agent, one time, unless we agree a different price in writing. Payment terms are sent to you before work starts. Tools and AI usage your agent needs may have their own costs, paid by you to those providers.

3. What we need from you

Clear steps for the job, access to the tools involved (given by you, removable by you at any time), and a person on your side to check important actions. We never ask for more access than the job needs.

4. Ownership and data

You keep the agent we build for you once paid. We use your data only to build and test your agent and only with your permission. We do not sell your data.

5. No guarantees

An agent is software that can make mistakes. We do not promise more sales, more leads or a set amount of time saved. We promise a built and tested agent that does the job we agreed. A person should check important actions.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the agent in question, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. This is not legal advice.
